What the review looks for
- A reevaluation at least every three years, unless you and the district agree in writing that one is not needed.34 CFR 300.303(b)(2)
- Existing data reviewed first, and you told what more testing is needed and why, or why none is.34 CFR 300.305(a)(1), (d)
- Each need the reevaluation names answered by a present level, a goal or a service in the IEP that follows.34 CFR 300.324(a)(1)(iii)
