Have the social-emotional progress reports on your deaf or hard of hearing child’s IEP reviewed against the goals they report on, free.
The review reads each progress report against the goal it reports on and the present levels it started from, and returns the ones without data. Upload your child’s IEP for a detailed review of the concerns, evidence and questions to bring to the school.

How your IEP is reviewed
Start with your child’s IEP.
Add evaluations and progress reports if you have them. The review reads every page you upload.
See the concern. Check the evidence.
Each finding comes with the wording behind it and the page it came from. If a detail cannot be confirmed, your review says so.
Know what matters. Know what to ask.
Every concern is explained, with why it matters and a question to bring to the school. The review contacts no one; it stays in your account.
The review is automated. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace an advocate or attorney.
What the review looks for in your deaf or hard of hearing child’s IEP
For a deaf or hard of hearing child, the IEP has to say how language reaches your child in every room, whether by interpreter, captioning or a hearing system, and what confirms a message got through. A social-emotional goal has to name the moment it applies, the skill taught at that moment, and who tracks it.
- A number or a work sample behind each report, not a word like “progressing”.34 CFR 300.320(a)(3)(i)
- Reports arriving as often as the IEP says, in step with report cards.34 CFR 300.320(a)(3)(ii)
- A goal that was not met, or a report with no data, answered with a revised IEP.34 CFR 300.324(b)(1)(ii)
Have the pages in your child’s file read back to you, free.
